Mr. Sickels has over 30 years of extensive experience in medical malpractice, personal injury and business litigation. Medical cases have involved the diet drug Ephedra, toxic brain injury from discogram and polypharmacy in psychiatric malpractice. In the area of business litigation, he has a successful history of working with business owners to plan, structure and guide their business organizations, often serving as general counsel to meet the planning, transactional and litigation needs of his clients. Chuck has handled diverse matters such as shareholder's disputes, post-employment covenants (not to compete), 'Rico' claims and contract litigation. His case, Paramount Pest Control v. Rector, et al. is still recognized as a leading decision on post-employment restrictions in Virginia.
